All your life, you always knew
There would be, a place for you
A place where you talents, so could shine
And many times, inside my mind
I wondered, pondered, wished I knew
Where all my talents, could show through
Well now I think, I’ve found my place
My talents yes now, are all in place
With poetry, I have found you see
A way for people, just like me
To know, to feel the things that we
Might have in common, the same way see
So, I have found, a place to
Show my talents, how about you
