Each night I work
Yes very hard
Taking food to people
In my car
In rain and sleet
In snow and hail
Just like the mail
Each night I sail
Some people tip me nice you see
But some don’t even do thank me
Some give me more when the total is small
And some three bags they get and call
Yes call to say one little thing
Was not in the bag that I did bring
It’s usually those that never tip
And think we drivers should be happy when they give
Yes give us the change from $49.95
They think that nickel will keep us alive
But most of who I take things to
Give a nice , nice tip, I’m telling you
