Clean your glasses mother’s say
Brush your teeth
Put clothes away
Comb your hair
And please don’t go
Out before changing your underwear, you know
If you were in an accident
Dirty undies will sure send
Send a message you were raised
By someone who’s care was not made
Made top issue in your life
So please do what I ask without much strife
I’m only looking out for you
Do these words ring oh so true
Seems mother’s are yes all the same
Saying things we think insane
Yes until we have our own kids
Then those same words we don’t rid
No we use those same old words
Words when young we heard and heard
