I am tired and so weary
But I must pray today
Till our Lord
Lord does call me
Call me away
And when he calls me home
I will no longer roam
Searching for answers
Answers why I keep writing, writing these poems
I pray for peace, peace in the valley
Yes valley, in my mind
When all my cares
Cares on this earth
Won’t weigh on my mind
Yes Lord I pray each day
That you show me the way
The way to find peace
Peace in my mind
