I think that I shall never see
The person that I used to be
Someone who was always found
So much fun to be around
But the last few years
Sure had it’s toll
And it’s not been easy so to roll
Yes roll with all that’s happened, still
I do my best and always will
But confidence in self has been
Shaken real bad but now I’m in
An upward path I pray it’s so
So say a prayer for me and I’ll know
That someone else is on my side
And is pulling for me , on my ride
My ride down life’s highway with me
And prays along, along with me
