If you can’t say something nice
\nthen shut your mouth
\nIf you point your finger, remember either your thumb points up or the same way as the other finger
\nIf you point all your fingers then you are going to shake hands
\nCriticize only in a constructive way not destructive
\nEncourage don’t discourage
\nWords that help don’t yell
\nWhen you walk in others footsteps you may also get into their mind
\nA smile is always uplifting
\nWhen you give someone a piece of your mind you have less
\nKindness always brings happiness
\nTry to remember the things that you have experienced in life but also share them
\nGoing downhill usually means you will be going uphill soon
\nIf we gain from experience then you should see how big I am
\nA rolling stone may not gather moss but it could get stuck in the mud
\nTime waits for no man, woman , child or even animal
\nSaving time usually gets spent anyway
\nWatching a clock will only take you in circles
\nA watched pot however, will finally boil
\nAnd these are words my grandfather always said ‘all we do is run run race here and there and every place’<\/p>\n
