I finally got my aids today
\nYippie, Hip Hip Hooray
\nThis day oh yes was special so
\nI yes have to relay
\nThe feelings when the sounds again
\nCame to my ears so real
\nI yes can hear again life’s sound
\nAnd feel oh yes I feel
\nI am apart of life again
\nI have missed yes for so long
\nThe sound of life that other’s hear
\nThey have been gone and now I belong
\nI belong to the hearing world again
\nIt makes my mind yes spin
\nAnd I will hear the sounds
\nAnd yes the noise
\nThat I have not heard
\nNow the sounds again are in
\nAre in my head and I can hear
\nThere are tears yes in my eyes
\nAnd the lack of sounds are gone away
\nAnd now again my mind will fly
\nYes fly with new sounds in my head
\nMore poems will come to me
\nBecause of all the sounds
\nThat I have missed
\nWill come alive again for me<\/p>\n
