This morning I woke
\nAnd heard the news
\nA boy was lost
\nAnd I knew
\nJust how his parents
\nThey did feel
\nThe terror inside them
\nI know was real
\nThis nine year old boy
\nDisappeared when he
\nWas walking to soccer practice
\nI know all the
\nThe thoughts that were flashing
\nThrough his parents heads
\nYou think the worse
\nAnd pray they are not dead
\nOver fifteen hours
\nThe boy was finally found
\nHe was lost in the woods
\nAnd not far from home he was found
\nOh yes this brought
\nRight back to me
\nThe feelings I had
\nWhen it happened to me
\nSo pray for this family
\nThat they don’t ever see
\nAnother fifteen hours
\nLike they did see
\nSo kiss your children
\nLet them know each day
\nHow much they are loved
\nAnd pray they never stray<\/p>\n
