Today I heard
\nA voice inside
\nIt said, I hope you know
\nThat some day, yes
\nYou will be dead
\nBefore you are please know
\nPlease know your life
\nIs just a speck
\nA speck in heavenly time
\nThis voice I heard
\nAsked, If the way I lived
\nYes I would want to hide
\nYes hide my thoughts and actions from
\nOur Lord and God about
\nThis voice said it cannot be done
\nBut God’s a God of love
\nOh yes he loves us
\nAnd he wants
\nFor us to live with him
\nSo if you are living as if you
\nWon’t live eternally
\nPlease don’t, because if not in heaven
\nThen hell is where you’ll dwell
\nJust ask God for his help to live
\nSo you will go and dwell
\nYes dwell with him and with his son
\nAsk for his spirit to guide
\nYes guide you on your path in life
\nAnd you won’t need to hide<\/p>\n
