Half way through my shift
\nI got the call
\nMy wife was sick
\nOh no not this
\nHer doctor yes
\nHe changed again
\nThe dosage on her
\nPrescription’s and
\nShe did not get better
\nIn fact turned worse
\nWhen he start’s messing
\nI want to curse
\nWhen she start’s having
\nHer panic attacks
\nShe just want’s me near
\nTo comfort her back
\nYes back from the edge
\nOf her deep darkest fears
\nIt help’s her when I am sitting
\nShe just wants me near
\nShe cries will I ever
\nFeel myself again
\nDo you think that the doctor
\nWill find the answer and when
\nAll I can say is
\nThat I pray that he does
\nAnd you feel just like
\nJust like you were because
\nI don’t like you feeling
\nWith out hope but it is clear
\nI can not always come running
\nTo be by you, my dear
\nI will not keep my job
\nWhich there is not
\nMuch choice that I do
\nBut whenever I can dear
\nI will be next to you
\nI pray God does show us
\nThe answer to find
\nThe thing that will help her
\nAnd restore her mind<\/p>\n
