Please tell me I am normal
\nTo want a hug each day
\nFor wanting loving words to me
\nNot dreaming in my mind
\nOf someone who is caring
\nOf someone who’ll love me
\nYes love me for just who I am
\nAnd not what she thinks I should be
\nPlease tell me I am normal
\nFor someone who can show
\nWith kind words and not critical
\nThe love I need them to show
\nOh someday I might find her
\nYes I am dreaming still
\nOf that so loving person
\nWho’ll come and fit the bill<\/p>\n
