I stand on the threshold
\nOf a new day for me
\nThis day was a gift
\nFrom our God yes to me
\nOh yes he allowed me
\nTo see another beautiful morn
\nAnd he wants that I don’t waste it
\nAnd he wants me not to scorn
\nYes he wants me to be thankful
\nAnd yes he wants me to do
\nThe things that he would like me
\nYes the things HE wants me to do
\nOh Lord please let me hear you
\nPlease lead me to what I should do
\nOh Lord I thank you for this
\nThis chance so I can serve you
\nPlease let me see what’s needed
\nPlease help me on YOUR way
\nOh yes dear Lord I am praying
\nYou will lead me, everyday<\/p>\n
