I am about to move back
\nTo where I grew as a boy
\nMany yes many memories
\nFor years I’ve enjoyed
\nI know that things changed so
\nI know I won’t find
\nThe Thompson’s, the Meldrum’s
\nThe Madison’s, the Kind’s
\nOh no they’re all gone now
\nYes they have moved on
\nAnd most from this mortal soil
\nYes they have flown
\nBut maybe just maybe
\nYes forty years from here
\nSomeone like me
\nWill have the same question here
\nWill the hometown be the same
\nAnd the answer is clear
\nNo things will be changed
\nBut the memories, you’ll hold dear<\/p>\n
