The perfect day in every way
\nWould be a day that there
\nWould not be fights or shouts be heard
\nIt just would quiet be
\nEach day seems like a battleground
\nWith so much casualties
\nEach day I grow more tired and tired
\nOf all of this you see
\nMy wife has battles every day
\nWith one or two or three
\nAnd it takes quite a toll I’ll say
\nOn all of us you see
\nShe just does not so realize
\nThe battles that she has
\nAre making her just lose the war
\nBy driving us all mad
\nSomes days she’s better but it don’t last
\nI’ve prayed some way there’d be
\nA way for her to truly see
\nWhat she does, but she just can’t see
\nI’m finding each day it gets worse
\nIt’s messing up my mind
\nI give and give and she just takes
\nAnd she thinks I’m the kind
\nThe kind to take it every day
