My secret wish each day would be
\nThat our family would live peacefully
\nEach day’s a struggle, each day the strife
\nBetween us all ,mostly my wife
\nHas made our life a living hell
\nSome days we feel, we might as well
\nShould not be living, because we go
\nJust through the motions and just don’t know
\nDon’t know what we can do to help
\nEach day seems more and more is dealt
\nThe bad keeps coming, does not let up
\nYes days I feel, I’ve had enough
\nBut I work hard, to keep faith strong
\nAnd say to self it won’t be long
\nBefore things break for us and so
\nDeep down inside God’s strength must go
\nBut when the others day you see
\nHas been just putting heads beneath the sheets
\nCause dread of what that day could bring
\nOh God give me the strength to deal with things
\nHelp us to find and keep faith strong
\nAnd help us just to go along<\/p>\n
