Neglect and abuse
\nWe hear this today
\nAnd most of do not hardly pay
\nPay any attention
\nWe just do walk by
\nWe let things like that
\nJust not catch our eye
\nWe pretend not to see it
\nWe pretend it’s not there
\nWe act as if it’s not our job
\nAnd we should not care
\nBut if it does happen
\nTo us we exclaim
\nThat someone should help me
\nBut you know just the same
\nYes the same so should happen to you
\nIf you blindly go on
\nAnd feel that you’ve no right to say
\nAnything about what goes on
\nIn the Bible it says
\nThat a keeper should be
\nAnd care about everyone
\nAnd about what you see<\/p>\n
