Each day when I get in my car
\nI glance before I leave
\nInto the eyes of Jesus Christ
\nAnd then I am relived
\nRelived because I know he’s there
\nTo watch me as I go
\nAnd also there’s the eyes of one
\nWho watched him don’t you know
\nYes eyes of Mary with her eyes
\nThat watched as her son died
\nWith both of them along with me
\nMuch better do feel I
\nYes I do ask my Lord and King
\nAnd his sweet mother too
\nTo travel down the road with me
\nAnd help me if I view
\nYes view something that’ll cause me sin
\nI ask them help me go
\nYes go along and fight the one
\nWho is evil and you know
\nIf we did not ask help from God
\nThen much more sin there’d be
\nSo that is why I ask them come
\nAnd ride along with me<\/p>\n
