I have spent quiet moments
\nJust thinking to myself
\nOf all the wondrous things God gave
\nYes I’ve wondered myself
\nWhy should I be so lucky
\nWhy should he give to me
\nAll the things I have in life
\nI don’t deserve them see
\nYes I’ve not always thanked him
\nI just go on in life
\nExpecting that he’ll help me
\nWhen I mess up my life
\nSo far he’s always helped me
\nBecause his love for me
\nIs greater than any other love
\nThat’s ever been given to me
\nHis love is just unending
\nAlthough I am sure
\nHe would so like a thank you
\nFor this I’m truly sure
\nSo from this day on forward
\nI’ll always try to say
\nDear Lord I’m truly glad you
\nHave helped me out today<\/p>\n
