Yes I know I’m growing old
\nMany times this I’ve been told
\nBut I did not hear cause ears
\nAre just not what they were I fear
\nSeeing also is not so good
\nGlasses I must wear and use
\nUse to see so walls don’t meet
\nMeet my face when I use feet
\nWalking in much slower now
\nCause arthritis shows me now
\nShows me I can not go as fast
\nAnd breath I have so will not last
\nTeeth also are not my own
\nYes they too have traveled on
\nNow dentures do take their place
\nAnd wrinkles now fill my face
\nWearing out oh yes I am
\nYes I’m older, truly am<\/p>\n
