I try each day to look ahead
\nAnd not look back at what I dread
\nYes I have made mistakes you see
\nAnd if I think of them I’d see
\nI’d see what wrongs I’ve done, not few
\nYes big ones happened I’ll tell you
\nBut I try putting them behind
\nAnd try to clear my old old mind
\nAnd focus on what’s up ahead
\nAnd not look back at what I dread
\nI am not saying do not learn
\nFrom things in past no you must learn
\nAnd try to not do same again
\nOr big big trouble you’ll be in
\nNo I am saying don’t let past
\nKeep you from going right on past
\nAnd doing better you will see
\nIf you do let the past go free<\/p>\n
