Don’t do as I did
\nPlease do as I say
\nMy friend you are mired
\nIn pity each day
\nYou’re stewing and brooding
\nAbout what you can do
\nBut right now the best thing
\nThat you should do
\nIs search in your mind
\nFor solutions to see
\nBecause out of work
\nIs affecting thee
\nYou once said ‘a problem’
\nIs really not that
\nYou said ‘opportunity’ is where it is at
\nYes friend, I do understand
\nAll you go through
\nBecause I’ve been through just
\nWhat’s happening to you
\nSo get out of your chair
\nAnd get out of your bed
\nAnd please really listen
\nTo what I have said
\nJust start with a plan
\nAnd work it each day
\nAnd you’ll be surprised
\nJust what might come your way
\nReach out to some other’s
\nAnd ask for their help
\nAnd you’ll be surprised
\nThat there’s plenty of help
\nSo do not just stew there
\nAnd think woe is me
\nThere’s much opportunity
\nTake it from me
\nJust look for it now
\nSearch for it
\nYou’ll find out
\nThat opportunity
\nIs what it’s about<\/p>\n
