Decorah momma eagle
She has got to be
The bravest eagle that anyone could see
She has snow all around her
And three eggs can be found
She is keeping them warm with snow all around her
80 feet from the ground
Papa eagle oh yes is doing his part yes too
He brings food in and spells mom
So she can keep fit to sit
And keep the three eggs warm
80 feet from the ground
Many people watch this saga
To see if three hatchlings will appear soon
We are all cheering her on
The two have produced many eaglets
During their years here at Decorah
We all are watching expectantly
Watching for the first peep to appear
