Today America remembers
The horror caused that day
The images of those towers falling
Will never go away
But we are stronger for it
And more guarded we are too
Our lives have changed forever
For all not just a few
We remember of all the horror
Yes at the Pentagon
And the brave who brought the plane down
And would not allow it to go on
We remember all the children
The wives and families
Who are now left here greiving
Because their loved one they won’t see
We remember how the world was
Before this tragedy occurred
And wished we could return to
The way it used to be
Yes America remembers
But also does the whole world too
All the people who did lose their lives
We remember all of you
