A day etched in our memories
A day we all did find
How horrible the world could be
And also very kind
The cowards that did do this act
Will spend their time in hell
But all the hero’s who did die
Will now in heaven dwell
We never will forget
The things we saw that day
The horrible sites yes we did see
But also how the world did change
Yes the best we did, did see that day
So say a prayer, we see
Yes never see
Another day like that
And pray yes pray that we
Will treat our fellow man, more kind
And hold our family
