Yes Friday’s come again
And now we leave
Because my friend
The weekend’s finally here
We’ll do the things
We’ve wanted to
All week while we’re at work
And although we’d like
To escape it all
Our work we just can’t shirk
So go and eat
Or get some peat
Or watch a movie thrill
Get tired out
And on Sunday you’ll shout
Yuck Monday’s come about
I think I will
Not go to work
I’ll stay at home and snore
But then again my Tuesday’s work
Will be too much I’m sure
I guess I’ll go
And trudge on through
Till Friday comes again
