Each day I am inspired
By what I see and hear
I hope and pray
My words I write
Do make this very clear
I feel that God
Has brought to me
A gift to use each day
A gift through poems
I write about
The world, I see each day
Sometimes I write of happy things
And sometimes of things so sad
But I hope my words inspire you
And sometimes make you glad
So I’ll continue writing on
About my world you see
Maybe my words will help your day
Much better yes for thee
