When Neil did his walk
I wondered if we
Truly, yes truly, truly did see
This man actually walk
On the moon before our eyes
Or if really, oh yes really
What we actually did spy
Was a broadcast on earth
Made to look like the moon
Today yes today
With computer graphics
We won’t swoon
Yes today there would not be many
Staying up real real late
To see oh yes see
Our astronaut’s fate
We’ve become so complacent
Hardly anything will surprise
Yes surprise us yes when
It does meet our eyes
Today I believe
That we have been in space
But really do doubt
On the moon man was placed
