How many continue
With what they have learned
The same things when young
When we are older we’ve learned
We have learned what we are doing
Oh no is not right
But we continue and continue
Because it is easy to hold tight
Yes we hold on to the ways
We have acted before
And really do not want
To change that’s for sure
But if we continue
We just perpetuate again and again
And years from now our ancestor’s
Will be saying again
If only we tried to change, yes maybe we
Would not be doing the same things
That our grandparents did, yes we
We must take action to not continue to do
The same things our family did
Let’s change, how about you?
