Christmas cards have all been sent
And presents bought for thee
And now I just remembered that
I forgot to buy the tree
Merry Christmas , humbug !
Oh what am I going to do
I guess I’ll get a saw and cut
A tree for you
Oh the lights from last year
It’s my greatest fear
Half will not light for me
And when the tree, is put in the stand
It will be so crooked, you see
So, oh what a MERRY CHRISTMAS
We will have you see
Oh chuck it all, I’ll make a call
And become Hindu or we
Can just forget Christmas this year
