Taillights Ahead

Taillights ahead of me
Each morning I find
Taillights ahead of me
Almost making me blind
Bumper to bumper
Each morning cars all ahead of me
Waiting for their chance
To fly from their lane, is what I see
Into the other
But it turns out the same
They only see
A different taillight instead
Cause bumper to bumper
It’s always, until then
Until just one of them
Looks away and right then
That’s when their insurance
Comes into play
Yes cause that bumper
They’ve watched up ahead
Is now indented
Because they were thinking of bed
Or something else
Instead of watching instead
Now to the body shop
Yes they must go
To straighten their car out
Oh yes, don’t you know
