I Have To Do

Every day I’m telling you
Things pile up I have to do
At work it seems, there is no way out
Then home I come, and I find out
The list there is much longer and I see
All that’s to do I find that the
The day’s not long enough at all
And then I get another call
Could you please help
With this and that
So things get pushed under the mat
Yes juggling things yes every day
Makes life exciting, that’s what they say
But I’d just like one day to be
A day that nothing I would see
Yes on that day I’d go and sit
Look at the sky and wonder if
When I am gone, who’s place will be
Doing all that I do now, we’ll see
