Sometimes I feel, I’d like to run and hide
I’d really like to take a ride
From problems, troubles, obstacles
From trials in life, yes just because
There are those times, in life it seems
That we are living, out our dreams
These dreams are really, nightmares, not
Happy things, and they do cause
Us many feelings, flee is one
But truly if we run, they do become
Too much for us, so we must stay
To work on ways, to a better day
Yes, if we try , to take the view
That all these troubles, are for you
A challenge, an opportunity
A thing we can change, yes you see
We all have options, we can take
Some do let others, try to make
Us think that there is, no way out
But if we look, we’ll find out how
So stand and fight, don’t run away
Because there’s others up ahead
If we run now, we will not learn
That we can solve them, yes every one
No maybe not, as way we’d like
But if we run, and if we hike
We’ll never solve, or feel the joy
When we accomplish, solving these
You can learn, yes you can learn new tricks each day
You can solve problems in your way
Is we take them, as lessons that
We learn to grow from, so we can have
A happier life, and then out dreams
Will come to top and better seems
Our life because, we did nor run
We stood our grounds, and have become
A person who can work things out
And not think that, there’s no way out
