Do usually run high
When you do first
Meet that wonderful guy
Yes you see great things
That lie up ahead
Then after two years
You sit and you dread
Dread getting up
And seeing his face
What caused your expectations
To be erased
Is it because
Unrealistic they were
Did you think molding him
Yes would occur
I’m sure he too
Expected from you
Things that were also
Unrealistic too
So how can Mr Wonderful
And Miss always be
The thing that you so
Expect them to be
The truth is they never can
Be all that we want
We just need to work
Together and want
Yes want each to talk things out
Try to explain
What each of you does
To drive each other insane
