Leaves

I can not say how much fun I have
This time each year, I feel so bad
The leaves on the trees, look oh so neat
But that’s before the ground they meet
Oh wish That I could make a tree
That’s pretty for the eye to see
But does not break my back, when leaves
Fall to the ground and give me heaves
I think I’ll make a tree of silk
But it won’t have leaves that will wilt
No I’ll make mood leaves that I will
They will change colors with temperatures still
They also would not fall to ground
They’d stay in trees and there abound
With colors as the seasons change
Since they would not fall, would that seem strange
This type of tree and astroturf
Would make each year yes much less work
If I could make a property
With these two things, then millions I’d see
Yes, if I could sell a home like this
It would make much better seasons, this
And would be fun to live in burbs
And not curse leaves as now I curse
