Fear it grips you
When you are down
Fear it grips you
All around
You must fight it every day
You must fight it every way
Don’t let fear dictate your life
If you do then only strife
Strife you’ll see, get nothing done
Instead of fear, just let your mind run
Run with ideas, run with dreams
If we don’t dream, then fear is just seen
So banish fear, don’t let it ride
Go tell fear to step aside
Ask our God to take your fear
And to help to make it clear
All the possibilities
That your fears won’t let you see
