I declare that I am free
Of the way THEY want me to be
Yes the ME that I’ve become
Is the person who has come
Come to know that no one else
Can make me be a better self
No one but yes me alone
Can help to travel on
Travel on to better things
Knowing this, this fact it brings
I myself make me do things
I am, in control of things
Me yes me, has all control
Cause no matter what you’re told
You alone make you become
The type of person you want to become
