Where do poems come from
I’ve asked my self this
They come from a thought
They come from a kiss
They come from a statement
That someone just said
They come from a thought of
Someone who is dead
They come out of nowhere
They come when you see
See something that troubles
Troubles you and does me
Poems just come from everywhere
They do everyday
And I must record them
Or they go away
Yes they go away
So quickly you see
Because all of my poems
Just burst out of me
