Each Person Deals with death
In their own private way
It’s very hard to know
Just what words you should say
But sometimes just a hug
Or words that you are here
Are just the thing to do
When death’s door opens near
We all do fear unknown
It’s just how people are
But sending words you care
Sometimes helps and goes far
So if a friend has lost
Someone who was close to them
The best thing you can do
Is say these words to them
There’s not much I can do
To help you through this time
Except be here if you
Need a friend to say your mind
Yes you would be surprised
How much words such as these
Will help them through this time
it will very please
Their heart to know you’re there
And they can lean on you
Cause friends and family
Can really help them through
So when a death occurs
And you don’t know your part
Just speak some caring words
And they will know your heart
Does share the loss they feel
And you will help them through
The hardest time someone
Could ever have gone through
