So many times we want to say
How much we appreciate what others do
I know from my side its hard to accept
The thanks froms others for something I said
Even though it is hard I really do know
That a simple thank you does really show
The gratitude they truly feel
And how much happier they really feel
When someone takes the time to give kind words
Remember no matter how much they protest still say your thanks
Giving your thanks to someone kind
To someone who really has you on their mind
The words seem simple but as I know
They warm your heart when you do know
Your words have helped to touch someone
Or helped them to stop feeling so down
So offer back you words of thanks
To those who’ved helped you from the ranks
The ones who’ve given advice to you
Will most likely some day need it back from you
