Forgiveness never happens
Until we do forget
Forget the hurts t’were done us
The hurts ahead and yet
If we cannot forgive those
Who caused us so much pain
Then God cannot forgive us
Because we bring him pain
He said that he’ll forgive us
As we forgive the ones
The ones who brought us much pain
So friend we must go run
Yes run to God when we feel
We can not let things go
If not then God can’t help us
Because he loves us so
Yes he sent his son down here
To die for all our sins
If Jesus on the cross could
Give up his life for sins
Yes sins of all the world he
Died for on that cross
So we must be just like him
And not put on a cross
Those hurts and pains t’were done us
Just give them up to God
And he’ll help us forgive those
And be just like his son
And then God will forgive us
And help us so to see
If we don’t show forgiveness
The he can’t forgive we
