Did you take time during your day
To thank the Lord along the way
Did you make time for Christ, some part
Did you reveal what’s in your heart
How many times do we forget
To stop and thank all that we get
Our talents, homes, our families
All nature that is around to see
Did you so set some time aside
To thank the Lord and not go hide
If we are so too busy here
Do you feel God will see it clear
To want us to go to spend all time
Can’t you try set into your mind
That you must say a prayer to HE
The God that took some time for thee
Yes he took time to put you here
Can’t you please try a way to clear
An hour, minute even less time
To spend talking to God who is most kind
Even if you just say to HE
Lord help me find some time for Thee
I’m sure he’ll help you if you ask
But not if you do let time pass
So how much time do you owe him
Do you think we would have even been
If he did not take time for we
Oh won’t you spend some time with HE
