Slowly down the road I go
Up and down the stairs
I know
Yes my knees
Do creak and hurt
And my hip
Hurts me and I’m slow
Fingers for me yes at times
Lock on me oh yes
Yes I’m
Getting older and it’s not fun
I can not go out and run
Swimming yes does make me feel
Like oh yes I used to feel
If I could be swimming
